Die Berlin BioScience Academy (BBA), ehemals Gläsernes Labor Akademie (GLA), ist als Teil der Campus Berlin-Buch GmbH die zentrale Fort- und Weiterbildungseinrichtung auf dem Campus Berlin-Buch. Die BBA unterstützt bundesweit Jungwissenschaftler*innen bei der beruflichen Orientierung und beim Einstieg in die Pharma- und Biotechnologiebranche. Technischen Assistent*innen und  Laborant*innen bietet sie berufsbegleitende Weiterqualifizierung zu aktuellen Themen der Lebenswissenschaften.

The Berlin BioScience Academy (BBA), formerly the Gläsernes Labor Akademie (GLA), is part of Campus Berlin-Buch GmbH and serves as the central continuing education and training institution on the Campus Berlin-Buch. The BBA supports young scientists nationwide with career guidance and entry into the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. It offers technical assistants and laboratory technicians part-time continuing education on current topics in the life sciences.
